It is crucial for us to have as many supporters as possible, so we can positively influence the Board of Supervisors to regulate (and not ban) STRs in Santa Barbara County.

Santa Barbara County Board of Supervisors Meeting
CRITICAL! The Future of Short Term Rentals (STRs) in Santa Barbara County will be decided on Tuesday, June 6th, 2017. The Santa Barbara County Board of Supervisors will be discussing and voting. These are 3 possible outcomes of this meeting: 1) They could approve the Ordinance prepared by Staff last year that effectively bans ALL STRs; 2) They could instruct Staff to return with a revised Ordinance; or 3) they could take no action. We need your help to ensure that outcome 1) does not happen (i.e. they do not approve the prohibitive STR Ordinance prepared by Staff last year).
